Initial term
Standard monthly website plans have a 12-month initial agreement. Monthly payments cover both the initial website build and ongoing hosting, maintenance, security, and support.
Project start
The project begins after the signed agreement and first payment are received. Launch timing depends on NatCoast receiving the business information, photographs, approvals, access credentials, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the site.
Domain ownership
The client owns its domain from the beginning. NatCoast may administer registration, DNS, privacy, and renewal while the plan remains active. Premium and aftermarket domains are excluded unless separately approved.
Website ownership
After the initial 12 monthly payments have been completed, the client owns the finished website content and project-specific website files, subject to third-party licenses and NatCoast’s reusable frameworks, methods, and tools.
Cancellation
After the initial term, service continues month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Early cancellation during the initial term may require payment of the remaining agreement balance before transfer of the website.
Routine updates
Routine updates include ordinary changes to existing text, photographs, reviews, hours, contact details, service information, and promotions within the monthly allowance. Unused time does not accumulate.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, having the right to use submitted text and media, reviewing the website, and approving claims, licenses, prices, policies, and other business-specific content before launch.
Separately priced work
Large redesigns, additional pages, ecommerce, custom systems, major new integrations, extensive copywriting, professional photography, logo design, advertising, and ongoing SEO campaigns are separately scoped.
Results
NatCoast does not guarantee search-engine positions, lead volume, sales, revenue, or other specific business outcomes.
Third-party services
Email accounts, premium software, payment processors, advertising platforms, booking services, and other third-party products may require separate client accounts, licenses, and fees.
Website transfer
After the initial agreement has been completed and the account is current, NatCoast can provide an export of the website and applicable client-owned credentials. Migration labor, replacement licenses, and configuration by another provider are not included unless separately agreed.
