Pricing FAQ
Why is there a 12-month agreement?
The plan spreads the initial design and build cost across the first year while also including hosting, maintenance, security, and routine support.
What counts as a routine update?
Changes to hours, phone numbers, service descriptions, staff details, existing photographs, reviews, promotions, and similar website content. Unused update time does not roll over.
What is priced separately?
Large redesigns, new pages beyond the plan, ecommerce, custom databases, major new functionality, extensive content projects, logo design, advertising management, professional photography, and ongoing SEO campaigns.
Is business email included?
NatCoast can help configure Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The customer pays the mailbox licensing directly.
What happens if I leave?
After the initial agreement, NatCoast provides the website export and applicable client-owned credentials. Migration labor and replacement licenses may be priced separately.
